Replacement Claims for Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged, we are committed to assisting you with a replacement. However, please adhere to the following conditions:

Notification Timeframe: Claims for replacements must be submitted within the same day of receiving your order. Delayed requests beyond this period may not be eligible for consideration.

Documentation Required: To process your replacement request, please provide:

  • A video showing the unboxing of the product, clearly displaying any damage. This video should capture the condition of the item as it was received.
  • Your order number, full name, and shipping address.

    Travel Damage: Please note that any damage incurred during transit must be reported immediately upon receipt of the package. Claims regarding travel damage must follow the same documentation guidelines outlined above.
